DarusSalam’s Sunday School is a weekend program designed to provide youth with a strong foundation in the essentials of Islam. Through a nurturing and spiritually uplifting environment, students build a meaningful connection with Allah ﷻ and the Prophet ﷺ. Our goal is to help students develop a strong Muslim identity and inspire them to confidently practice their Deen in today’s challenging world.

Academics
The Sunday School academic program combines core Islamic subjects with a structured Qur’an curriculum, tailored to students’ recitation ability and age group. Classes are engaging, age-appropriate, and aimed at helping students apply what they learn in daily life.

Subjects
Students are placed into one of three tracks based on ability:
- Qā‘idah – For beginners learning Arabic letters, vowels, and basic reading
- Tajwīd – For students fluent in reading, focused on pronunciation and rules
- Hifz– For advanced students memorizing and revising the Qur’an
Our comprehensive Islamic Studies program introduces students to the essentials of faith and practice:
- Du‘ā’ Memorization
- Fiqh (Islamic Law)
- Sirah (Life of the Prophet ﷺ)
- ‘Aqīdah (Beliefs)
- Hadith & Q&A Discussions

Admissions
We’re excited that you’re considering DarusSalam’s Sunday School Program for your child’s Islamic education. Our admissions process is simple and flexible, allowing families to register with ease and begin their child’s journey in a spiritually enriching and nurturing environment.
We offer open enrollment, so students may join at any point in the school year, subject to availability. Seats fill quickly, so we encourage early registration.
Tuition
Tution Fees
: $56/month per student (for 10 months)
Payment Notes
- Tuition may be paid monthly or in full upfront
- In case of withdrawal, tuition will be charged for the current month and one additional month

Our goal is to make high-quality Islamic education accessible to all families. We offer a straightforward monthly tuition plan along with sibling discounts.
